When XP updates
Lesson and review XP syncs after the lesson or review is completed. If you exit early, wait on a screen, lose internet connection, or do not finish the lesson/review, the XP may not appear.
Why replaying work may not give full XP again
Lessons and reviews use the best-run XP. The first completion awards the XP earned for that run. If you're assigned a replay, it only awards extra XP when you improve on the previous best run.
Example: If a student already earned the best XP available for a prompt, replaying the same work will not add more XP.
What to send if XP still looks wrong
- Student name and school email address.
- Activity, lesson, review, or prompt name if visible.
- Approximate time when you completed the lesson.
- Expected XP and actual XP.
- Screenshot of the activity result or XP screen if available.
