Why is my skill the wrong grade in IXL?

Problem

You've noticed there are some skills on Dash that have the correct Grade, but when you open them in IXL, they say they are for a different Grade. This can happen for any Grade and subject.

• For example, you have a Language skill that says "Third grade" on Dash.
  
  
  
• But when you open it, you see IXL has it as a "Sixth grade" skill instead.
  
  
  
• Another example, you see the skill on Dash says "Ninth grade".
  
  
  
• But on IXL, it's an "Algebra 1" skill.
